Data we collect

We only process the data you send us through the form: your name, email address, phone number (optional), profile, need and message.

No data is collected without your knowledge and the site uses no tracking cookies.

Purposes and legal basis

Your data is used solely to handle your request, get back to you and prepare a proposal. The legal basis is your consent and the performance of pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Article 6.1.a and 6.1.b GDPR).

Recipients and processors

Your data is sent by email via Resend and the site is hosted by Vercel, which act as processors. A transfer outside the European Union (United States) may occur, framed by appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses and the Data Privacy Framework).

Your data is neither sold nor rented to third parties.

Retention period

We keep your request for as long as needed to handle it and for reasonable follow-up, then delete it. You can request deletion at any time.

Cookies and analytics

The site uses no cookies. Traffic measurement (Vercel Web Analytics) runs without cookies or personal identifiers: no consent is required.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. To exercise them, email info@star-business.be.
